HAIER MIGRATION
Challenge
Haier IT faces the challenge that the HQ will control and manage its production of factories in different countries and its IT system encountered high cost, slow response, and handling routine maintenance tasks and too much budget on buying capacity.
Solution
We migrated some of their production systems to AWS and manage the environment, saving the company at least 15% annually and freeing their IT people to get important projects done.
